Annual Market Study
Greetings to our wonderful clients and friends. This year’s Market Study is hot off the press and once again we want to share with you the results for 2017. While listing and selling real estate is our primary focus as Realtors, it is also important to keep our clients and friends informed about current trends in our local real estate market.

Bend (SFR) single family residences up to one acre, ended with a 5% increase in the average sales price. Of the total active, contingent, and pending listings, 35% are pending sales. Of the totals pending and sales for (SFR), 28% are new construction. With tourism at an all-time high and continued migration of people to Oregon, we predict 2018 will be another year of growth and a good real estate environment.
As we enter 2018, we continue to experience a shortage of inventory. Interest rates are on the rise at 4.5% for a 30 year fixed conventional loan and predicted to continue to rise. If you are considering listing your home, there is no better time than NOW!
